Program Fee: Unlimited classes for 3 month duration of program: $180 OR $10 per drop-in class
Description: Has your gym closed? Are you still searching for the right fit to supplement your running routine? You've been asking for it - now it's here! Join our first ever Fleet Feet Fitness Training Program. By attending our 3 weekly classes, you will gain strength, agility, and mobility - all in safe, equipment-free, socially distanced outdoor environment! Each class is thoughtfully programmed to enhance your running routine and modifications will be available to accommodate every fitness level. Here's your line-up: Mondays at 5:30am Mobility Flow with Rachel Craft, Wednesdays at 5:30am Strength & Core with Katy Colavita, and Saturdays at 8am Bootcamp with Harvey Ingram. For this 3 month program (valued at $360), we are offering two sign-up options: 3 month unlimited classes for only $180 (only 15 spots available for this option) OR $10 drop-in fee per class. Please be prepared to bring your own yoga mat, hydration, and a towel to each session. We are so excited to be able to bring this unique program to you where you will be known by name, treated like family and looked after by people who are truly invested in your success and happiness.
