Make It A Mile - Ready to take the first step in your fitness journey? Whether you are looking to get off the couch or find accountability with a group, our Coaches and Mentors will help you cross the finish line of your first race. This beginner running program is designed for those who are first time runners, and those with limited mobility or injury looking for something to keep active. These programs are supportive of both beginner runners and walkers.  

Information: 6 week program, two group workouts per week, weekly training plan, no goal race

Warrior Series - These program are designed for those that want to get fast, maintain their endurance between training programs, kickoff their race season, or get some solid cross training.  These programs will get you in shape and maintain fitness for the season, and is great for beginners to advanced athletes.  This program consists of two workouts per week - one being a cross training workout with our partners at Youngs Physical Therapy designed to build running strength, and the other is a run specific workout at Fleet Feet designed to capitalize on your new strength and speed.
Information: 8 week program, two group workouts per week, no weekly training plan, no goal race

10K and 5K Training Programs - Our award-winning 5K and 10K Training Programs are designed to help runners of al levels reach their goals and make new personal records.  The 5K and 10K training programs run and train concurrently, but differ with their distance in each workout. The program are tailored for each athlete depending on their experience level to help everyone meet their athletic goals. These programs are great for athletes who have never been coached before or are debating on if they need a coach. Our coaches are trained to tailor the experience for all athletes and help everyone start their journey to running success.

Half and Full Marathon Training Programs - The Half and Full Marathon training programs are build for the beginner distance runner looking for their first metal to the avid distance runner targeting a new PR.  Our experienced coaches make sure these programs are great for anyone and everyone!  The Half and Full training programs run and train concurrently, but differ with their distance in each workout and goal races.  The program are tailored for each athlete related to their experience level to help everyone meet their athletic goals.  Let us help you get to the next level in your fitness! 
Half Marathon (13.1 miles) Information: 12 week program, two group workouts per week, weekly training plan, goal race 
Full Marathon (26.2 miles) Information: 6 week program, two group workouts per week, weekly training plan, goal race

Sprint and Olympic Distance Triathlon Training Program - New to our program of offerings is a branching away from the "run only" category in this newly designed triathlon training program.  Great for beginners and experienced athletes, the program is designed to help you get faster and develop better form in all three disciplines - swimming, biking, and running.  No matter your experience level in each category, our program is designed to teach you the basics and get you moving!  Don't be afraid of the water, we will teach you proper technique to get you swimming like a Miami dolphin!  The sprint distance race is recommended for all first time triathletes, and it should also be noted that this program will not teach you how to swim, but how to swim better.  You will need your own biking equipment to train with this program, and for safety we also require a helmet to be worn at all times while on the bike. 
Information: 20 week program, two group workouts per week with one additional group workout per month, includes pool/gym membership, weekly training plan, goal race
When offered: Spring

Tail Run Training Program - Looking for something different than the usual concrete road run?  Come hit the trails with us so we can introduce you to the joy of Trail Running!  Not only does running in the woods provide a new scenery for you, but it also builds strength in many lower body areas not normally targeted with road running.  Coached by local trail running and cross county enthusiasts, this program will get the beginner introduced to trail running and provide the experienced with new techniques and injury prevention strategies.  This program will be training for the 3K Bo Run and 5mi Goose Creek Trail run and by signing up you will have your entry for the Bo Run paid for.   The program can be tailored for each athlete depending on their experience level to help everyone meet their athletic goals.   
Information: 12 week program, two group workouts per week, weekly training plan, goal race, includes fee for the 3k Bo Run
