This program is designed for those that want to get fast, maintain their endurance between training programs, or get some solid cross training. We partnered with Young's PT for this programs to get you in shape and maintain fitness for the season.

Winter Half Marathon Training Program: BROOKS & FEETURES & GU X FLEET FEET
The Half Marathon training program was build for the runner looking to add a distance race to their medal wall. Our experienced coaches make this program great for anyone and everyone! Brooks, Feetures, and GU have partnered with us for our Full and Half training programs for the 2019 season. Their partnership provide education session, gear up events, free items, finisher shirts, and so much more for these programs.

Winter 10K Training Program:
Our award-winning 10K Training Programs are designed to help runners of all levels reach their goals and make new personal records. The program are tailored for each athlete depending on their experience level to help everyone meet their athletic goals. The 10K training programs are 8 weeks long with 2 coached workouts per week. This is perfect for anyone that is comfortable running the 5K distance and wants to add a little more distance, but isn't yet ready for a half marathon.
