Please note that for safety reasons:

  • All Winter and Spring training programs will require you to wear lights and reflective gear for afternoon training sessions.
  • All Summer and Fall training programs will require you to bring hydration bottles to training runs.

Program Length: 16 weeks

Group Training Days: Tuesdays at 6:00pm (run), Wednesday at 5:30am (swim), and *Saturdays at 7:00am (bike)

Cooper River Bridge Run 10K Training Program:

Program Start: February 10th
Program Length: 8 weeks
Price: early bird - $80 / regular - $100

Although we have set goal races, the programs can be adjusted to train anyone with a goal race around the same month as our goal races.  You do not need to sign up for the goal race to train with any program.  Feel free to contact us to learn about other race options.
