5K Finish: Beginner-level 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those who are inactive to minimally active.  8-10 week program designed to help you run or walk and finish a 5K. 5K Fast: Designed for 5K runners.  Our Fast program will challenge participants to reach faster 5K times.  Speed and hill work will be added to the traditional 5K schedule to give participants the next step in training.  Earlybird pricing ends July 23rd, sign up using promo code EARLYBIRD to save $10! Summer Half Marathon Training: Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is challenging and yet achievable. Our programs target runners, run/walkers and walkers. We have an exceptional coaching staff to lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances. This is a 10 week program.  Earlybird pricing ends July 23, sign up using promocode EARLYBIRD to save $15! Goal race is the Mother Earth Brewing Ironclad Half Marathon October 20th.

Summer Speedsters (Kids Training): Our Friends at Crazy Running Greenville offer running programs for kids 5-12.  Join them this summer for Summer Speedsters. Summer Speedsters program will have a focus on getting kids prepared for fall sports. There will be a conditioning component and a speed development component.

 

Speed Demons AM:  Join us for a 6 week twice a week session of Summer Speed Demons.  Our coaches will guide you through weekly workouts that focus on speed training and efficiency using interval training and hills.  This will be a perfect add-on to any training you are currently involved in.  Or set yourself up for a great season of fall races. Tuesdays/Thursdays 6am. Starting June 19th.
