Spring Programs:

Finish 5K:  Award-winning, beginner-level 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those who are inactive to minimally active.  8-10 week program designed to help you run or walk and finish a 5K.  

Fast 5K Designed for 5K runners.  Our Fast program will challenge participants to reach faster 5K times.  Speed and hill work will be added to the traditional 5K schedule to give participants the next step in training.  

Fast and Finish Half Marathon: If you can run 5 miles in 60 minutes you can train for a Half Marathon.  We have options for those that want to finish the every growing 13.1 event and we have an option for those that want to crush their previous 13.1 time.  Finish or Fast Half Marathon will get you the goal YOU want!

Ragnar Relay with CrossFit Greenville: An 8 week program with 2 practices a week to train you for the Ragnar Relay in Richmond VA. We are putting together teams of 8, each runner will tackle this 3 loop trail one a time totaling 15 miles per runner.  Camping, trail running, and being with friends.  What else do you need?
