Fall Programs

Fall Programs:

5K Finish: Beginner-level 5K Training Program designed for beginner runners and those who are inactive to minimally active.  8-10 week program designed to help you run or walk and finish a 5K. This group will be training for Dash for Cash 5K and starts October 15th.

5K Fast: Designed for 5K runners.  Our Fast program will challenge participants to reach faster 5K times.  Speed and hill work will be added to the traditional 5K schedule to give participants the next step in training. This group will be training for Dash for Cash 5K and starts October 15th.

Fall 10K Training: 10K Training (6.2 miles):  This is an 8 week training session with 2 coached workouts per week.  This is perfect for anyone that is comfortable running the 5K distance.  We start with 3 miles and work our way up past 6 miles.  We will have different pace groups for you all. Coached workouts are designed to push you and make you stronger with hill work and faster pace runs as well as longer easy runs. This group will train for the Pirate Chase Race Fest 10K.  Starts September 17th.

Crazy Running (Kids Training): Our Friends at Crazy Running Greenville offer running programs for kids 5-12.  Join them this fall for their Fall Training Session. Crazy Running will have a focus on getting kids confident and excited to run. There will be a conditioning component and a speed development component.
