Interested in learning proper running form and learning techniques to make running easier and healthier?  Join us this May for our Good Form Running Clinic.  We will take you through proper drills and mechanics to get your running more efficiently.  This is a free 4 week course.  To maximize the clinic we encourage you to come to all 4 sessions, but if you can only make a few let us know in the form below which clinics you plan to attend.
